Twillingate Historic Walking Tour is hiring Tour Guides for the 2026 season (May–October). We are expanding our guided “TwillQuest” walks and need local voices to lead the way!

Are you retired or semi-retired? This is a fantastic way to stay active, share your love for our town, and meet people from around the world while telling Twillingate’s best stories.

The Role

Lead & Educate: Lead small groups through town, sharing history and local lore for about 90 minutes per tour.
Engagement: Use our scripts (plus your own flair!) to provide an unforgettable guest experience.
Safety: Keep the group together and follow basic safety protocols.

The Details

Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours (6–15 hrs/week).
Time: Shifts typically fall between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Pay: $16.35 per hour + tips, with opportunity for a raise after 10 tours.
Requirements: Friendly personality, clear communication, and a love for local history.
